Article 3 - Technical conditions of access
In order to access vinimat.com the users must ensure the suitable data-processing equipment and to obtain Internet access. The investments relating to this equipment as well as operating expenses in order to access vinimat.com are exclusively the responsibility of the users

The SET via its website vinimat.com offers to its users, the possibility to announce on vinimat.com the wine and beverage equipments they want to sell. The acceptance of the add is reserved to the users that have accepted our comercial conditions and is free of charge without limit of time, unless otherwise decided. The sellers accept the obligation to communicate all the required information before activating the advertisement on vinimat.com.
By doing this the user commits himself providing an objective, sincere and current description of the hardware proposed with the sale.
7.2 By offering material on sale, the user guarantees that he/she is the owner of that material or duly accredited to negotiate and conclude sales contracts.
The user accept the obligation to inform the SET by e-mail or phone, within a period of 10 days, in case of sale or any other circumstance, taht woud make the product unavailable to the sale.

The SET proposes a series of services to its users. These services are either directly stemming from SET and are therefore governed by the SET terms and conditions of use. 9.3. the SET can not be considered responsible for the materials on the site or for the good faith of the users of vinimat.com. The SET merely offers an electronical platform for its services and declines any liability concerning the good progress of the transactions between buyer and seller.
9.4 vinimat.com users remain entirely responsible for its participation to the services proposed by the SET, in particular of transaction, your payment and all the consequences resulting from them.
9.5. the SET can not be held responsible for any financial or commercial loss suffered by a user of vinimat.com.

Artículo 11 – Intelectual property

Artículo 12 – Financial conditions
12.1 the seller undertakes to pay to the SET for its service the whole of the Commission fee, after presentation of an invoice and within the period of 15 days, as notified on article 8. The rates described in article 8 can be freely modified by the set.
12.2. the seller undertakes to report the conditions of the transaction SET. If the buyer has benefited from reductions of any type in the price initially communicated to the SET by the seller, this could not claim the amount of Commission the SET received by the seller.
12.3. all commissions paid to the SET are definitely your property, even in the event of difficulties in the conclusion of the transaction, or even in the event of cancellation of the transaction.
Article 13 - Cancelation of the contract
The SET reserves the right to revoke access to vinimat.com services to any user who is opposite to the present general conditions of use as well as to law and/or the applicable regulation, by simple notification by e-mail or by registered letter with receipt acknowledge.
Article 14-Various
14.1. these terms of use, as any document included as reference, constitute the entirety of the agreement made between the SET and the user.
14.2. the SET reserves the right to amend the terms of use without prior notice at any time.
14.3. the contract is subject to French law and any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of Perpignan, France.
